1️⃣ Prepare the Tray & Medium 🪴

1. Take a shallow tray and add 1.5–3 cm (0.5–1 inch) of cocopeat or seed-starting mix.
   
2. Level the surface gently (don’t press too hard).
   
3. Pre-moisten the medium so it is evenly damp 💧 (moist like a squeezed sponge, not dripping).
   

✅ Tip: If your tray has no holes, water carefully to avoid waterlogging.

2️⃣ Sow the Seeds 🌾

1. Sprinkle seeds evenly across the surface.
