Can I reorder a previous order?

Yes. You can reorder from your account’s
order history from our app.

Can OrganicBazar cancel my order?

In rare cases such as stock unavailability or
address issues, orders may be cancelled with a refund if applicable.

What if an item goes out of stock after I place the order?

If any item becomes unavailable, we will
inform you and arrange a replacement, partial shipment, or refund as

Do you deliver across India?

What happens if I miss the delivery?

The courier may attempt re-delivery or

based on serviceability. Customers cannot choose a specific courier

Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

packages based on product type, packing requirements, or stock availability.

What if an item is missing from my package?

Please share an unboxing video and your order
details with support. We will verify and assist.

My tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive it. What to do?

Please check with family/security/neighbours and your delivery location first. If not found, contact support within 24–48 hours with your order ID and phone number.

Can I change payment method after placing order?

Only before dispatch; contact support.

My order status/tracking is not updating. What should I do?

Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours after dispatch. Please check again later. If it still doesn’t update, contact support with your order ID.

Whyi s COD not available on some heavy items like Dain Mate / Soil?

To prevent transit damage and high return-to-origin (RTO) on heavy parcels, COD may be restricted on selected heavy items (e.g., soil, manure, potting mix, drainage mats). Prepaid is available and final payment options are shown at checkout.

Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

 Please try these quick steps: refresh the page/app, check your internet, clear cache, and try again. If it still doesn’t work, contact support with a screenshot and your phone number.

Payment is failing or getting stuck. What should I do?

Payment failures can happen due to bank/UPI issues. Retry after 2–3 minutes or use another method (UPI/card/net banking). If money is deducted but order isn’t confirmed, contact support with the payment reference/UTR.

My cart/checkout is not loading or shows an error. What should I do?

Clear cache, try incognito mode (website), or reinstall/update the app. If the issue continues, share a screenshot/video with support.

The app/website is crashing or not opening. What should I do?

Update the app, restart your phone, and try again. If it still crashes, share your device model + Android/iOS version and a screenshot/video with support.
