Return and Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, the website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
If a customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 07 days after delivery, we will arrange a reverse pickup. If the reverse pickup facility is not available then we ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (a full address will be provided to the customer via email). After 07 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.
Please make a note all policies are applicable only to returnable products.
In this case, the Exchange/Refund of the Damaged/Return item shall be subject to the following conditions given below:

The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. By original packaging, we mean that the product isn’t used with proof of purchase and order number. The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
All customers must contact www.organicbazar.net for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
www.organicbazar.net will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.organicbazar.net.
Note: Organicbazar.net reserves the right to any changes to the return policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.
Select items labeled as non-returnable on the product detail page are not eligible for returns.
However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item being delivered to the customer, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact the customer to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
The customer may be asked for video or photo proof as per requirement.
DAMAGE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
- When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or damaged.
- In this case, we will reship a new item or issue a refund after inspecting the item. And, the customer shall be liable to return the product as per our return policy (mentioned above). The Replacement will be made at our sole discretion.
- In case of a damaged product, the shipping cost shall be paid by the Company.
- Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- All refunds will be an issue as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.
- Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.
In a determination to accomplish user satisfaction, if there is an issue, the customer can contact us through our email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The complete refund process normally takes about 7-10 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
- We will refund the customer’s amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
- Refund will process after receiving the product back to the manufacturer.
- If the customer applying return for a COD order then the customer will be asked to email their bank details to email@example.com to complete the refund process.
- Organicbazar.net will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
