Papaya Seeds Didn’t Germinate

I’ve been ordering many products from Organic Bazaar, but this time it made me upset. I ordered 10 papaya seeds, and none of them germinated. I waited for even 20 days, but there was no progress. This is a bad experience when you purchase expensive products online.
