Cress Common is a winter season herb but if you are growing cress as microgreens then you can grow it indoor in any season. It grows rapidly in mild cool climates and the most favorable season for sowing seeds of cress leafy plants is spring (February to April).

How To Grow Cress In Container

Common Cress is a leafy plant that grows best in mild cool and moist soil. Microgreen cress common seeds are usually sown directly into growing trays at least 2.5 cm deep. Cress Common seeds germinates best in cool conditions (50-75°F or 10-24°C) but not frigid.
