  • In warm regions, you can also sow in autumn.

2. Soil Preparation

  • Prefers well-drained soil, rich in organic matter.
  • pH: slightly acidic to neutral (6.0–7.0).
  • Loosen soil and mix compost before sowing.

3. Sowing Seeds

  • Sow directly in the garden or in pots (borage doesn’t like transplanting much).
  • Plant seeds about ¼ inch (0.5 cm) deep.
  • Space seeds 12 inches (30 cm) apart.
  • Keep soil moist until germination.

4. Watering

  • Water regularly, especially in dry weather.
  • Avoid waterlogging.

5. Light Requirements
