About us:

OrganicBazar is hiring an experienced Social Media Assistant to help elevate our brand’s digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and more. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing brand accounts, creating engaging content, and staying on top of digital trends—especially in the lifestyle, gardening, or home category.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.

  • Create engaging content including Reels, Shorts, Stories, and carousel posts using trending formats

  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content is brand-aligned and goal-driven

  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and DMs professionally and promptly

  • Track and analyze engagement, reach, and growth metrics, and report insights for improvement

  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, content trends, and competitor activities

  • Maintain a monthly social calendar in sync with campaigns and product launches

✅ Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation and account handling

  • Proficiency with Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Meta tools

  • Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools for quick edits

  • Strong writing skills in Hindi and English for captions, hashtags, and comments

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet content deadlines consistently

  • Background in lifestyle, gardening, eco-products, or D2C brands is preferred
